Here’s a picture of the EE next to my BLRW it’s funny I actually picked this EE out cause the coloring when it was a chick it looked like how a BLRW chick should

Interesting color pattern for an Easter egger. In the first pics I thought it was a blue laced red Wyandotte. I would lean cockerel for this one too, but it's still too early to be positive.

With a comb that red at 7 weeks, I would say it's a cockerel

That’s why I’ve been so skeptical this ones comb is redder than all my other juveniles who are 1-3 weeks older just different breeds

Comb, beginning wattles, and red shoulder patches all point to cockerel. Too young to be developing saddles and hackles.

How old is that bird? Your looking in the right place, but I don't think its old enough to have grown them in yet. It doesn't happen until chicken puberty at 12 weeks.
Additionally, all the red on the wing shoulders of this bird automatically indicates to me that this is a cockerel.

12 weeks old as of a couple days ago!

Give it a few more days to grow out. its like puberty with anything, some are quicker than others. He'll get his pretty flowing saddle feathers soon enough.
