Interesting color pattern for an Easter egger. In the first pics I thought it was a blue laced red Wyandotte. I would lean cockerel for this one too, but it's still too early to be positive.

That’s why I’ve been so skeptical this ones comb is redder than all my other juveniles who are 1-3 weeks older just different breedsWith a comb that red at 7 weeks, I would say it's a cockerel

12 weeks old as of a couple days ago!How old is that bird? Your looking in the right place, but I don't think its old enough to have grown them in yet. It doesn't happen until chicken puberty at 12 weeks.
Additionally, all the red on the wing shoulders of this bird automatically indicates to me that this is a cockerel.
