Is this an EE pullet or Cockerel? *Updated Pics* Gender Bender?

I just wanted to post some updated pictures of Tricky my EE that looks to be a gender bender

I believe it is a she not he (has never crowed, but has yet to lay and egg). Looking for anyones opinion on her. The EE next to her is my cockerel and definitely all boy.

Color me surprised! It is a pullet! That coloration doesn't happen often in girls. Enjoy her, she's gorgeous!
