Is this Buff Orpington a pullet?

She/he? is 12 weeks old and because her comb is so big already my Sister is afraid it's a rooster. Was sold to her as a pullet. I am new to chickens so I couldn't help her. Told her I would ask on here. We appreciate any help. Thank you : )

I had the hardest time sexing my buffs. I think they all turned out to be hens- but suspiciously I got some eggs that looked fertilized not sure if what I learned about determining fertilized eggs is true though

Yes. It was 8 weeks old when I got it. Hatched in early February.
