Here is a photo of my silkie hen who appeares to have some sort of scab on her foot. Is this bumblefoot? Please help!

How much does bumblefoot cost to remove? Thanks

It could be but I think it's not bumble foot and the cost at my vet was $40.

One of our Hamburg hens had something like this on the bottom of her foot, a hard black scab. I thought it might be bumblefoot, so we scraped the scab off to see what was going on and a huge cactus needle popped out with a bunch of yucky stuff. I cleaned it really well and bandaged it. Checked it every day for a few days, but it healed nicely.
