I would not recommend that to someone who is new to chickens. You should be trained by someone experienced in vent sexing. You can seriously harm chicks if you don't know what you're doing.

Waiting a week or two won't hurt anyone.

Completely agree. Give this one some time to grow out a bit then come back and post more pics here. MUCH safer route.
