This is a very helpful chart for leghorn development. You’ll see the difference in comb/wattle at the week 4/ 1 month and then again at 5 months.

I agree with the others, unfortunately. That is a cockerel.

At that age, the girls still don't have much of a comb, and the comb they do have is not pink.

I'll get a pic of my girl who is about 6 weeks now fir comparison.
In your experience are there roosters who can be on the quieter side? Is it possible to train him not to be shouting off in the morning hours?

Unfortunately, no. I have a tiny little Sebright. You'd think he'd be quieter because he only weighs a pound. But he is very loud, and he goes off at any time of day. It is instinct, so I don't know that he'd be "trainable." It's just what roosters do. Some roosters might be quiet if they are second in command, so to speak.

There are no-crow collars. They work for some people. It didn't work for my rooster, which is how he ended up as a house rooster for a few months until be moved to an area with different zoning.
