It’s hard to tell from your video so I would leave it a few more days and then re candle the egg.

It looks like there could be something in it, but it’s hard to tell from the video.
I agree with Yorkshire Coop, I would leave it in for a few more days and then candle it.
It might be a quitter egg, or just have been in a cold spot in the incubator and developing slowly.
