Is this egg shrink wrapped?

Should I do something? The first photo is from last night and the second one is from this morning! 2 out of 5 so far.

I will be letting the hen raise them but only for a short period of time as I will not be keeping them. She is currently separated and will be separated during this time. I have also had bad experiences where the mama drags the chick into the pen and then the chick gets killed. The wrong ended hatched fine and is drying off. Only one more to go and it's zipping!

I always want to interfere because I think that the hen is going to do something wrong... but usually she knows what she is doing! Very pretty hen though!
