Is this frizzle a ROOSTER??

This frizzle bantam is about 3 months old. It does square up & face off with the other rooster, but it’s also very friendly & sweet. Has not crowed.
I do need to know if it’s a rooster. ANY thoughts are SO appreciated! Thank you!!
