Pictures? Month old chicks inside a house don't really need heat any longer. They should be feathered in enough to start adjusting to outside temps. Could be an overheating problem.

Have the chicks been outside or had any access to the ground/dirt/other chickens that have been outside?

one time they went in my front yard to take photos and thats it they have not been around my other flock at all but my rooster that is in there has

Turn off the heat lamp, or switch to a lower wattage bulb.
