This chicken seems really quiet I hope its a girl - my silkie turned out to be a rooster.
I was told it was a Japanese but i'm not so sure.

Definitely NOT a Japanese. I used to have Black-Tailed Buff Japs. Totally different type. I'm not sure what sex that is. Some hens have big combs like hers. Depends on breed/age.
