Is my roo molting or getting pecked? I check on him each day to make sure there’s no wounds or blood.

He's being feather pecked/plucked by one or more of his girls. Many roosters will just stand their and let their hens groom them. This sometimes escalates to feather pecking/plucking.

What can I do about this? I noticed my hens are losing feathers from the Roos mating with them, and I just put the saddle aprons on the girlies. But what would help him?

I used the aprons and they did absolutely nothing for 4 months. They grew back once the molting process started. I could be wrong, but I think they don't regrow until molting season. They did help with protection though from the rooster. You need to get good ones that are big enough that cover the wings and the back. The first ones I got were too small and found awesome ones on etsy.
