well, the wattles seem pretty red to me, maybe it is just the lighting, if his comb was redder I would say definitley a rooster but because only his wattles are I am not sure..... Best way to tell is when it drops an egg or mounts a hen and crows lol also He seems to be rather slow feathering in... Roosters will take longer to feather in than hens...
I'm staying with it's a pullet. The baby picture shows the little red strips down the back which is a sign of a gold comet pullet chick. I have two and they are developing much faster than my other pullets. Here's one of my comets at 10 weeks.....3rd one on perch.
I think it's a pullet. I have four of them and they all looked like that at 4-5 weeks old. I thought for sure they were going to be cockerels but they are all pullets. I have one that has a lot more white on her, you can see her in the background on the second pic.
