Is this really a golden laced Wyandotte pullet?

Got her as a chick sold as a golden laced Wyandotte pullet from a local and pop feed store. She’s about 9 weeks old now and I’m feeling uncertain. Her/his cone doesn’t look quite like a Wyandotte and she has white marks on her chest feathers.
Does anyone know if maybe she is mixed with something else?
Also, any ideas on wether or not she truly is a female?
