It's a little young to be guessing, but I'd say you have a pullet.

lol, they look so grown up to me! I guess I will wait awhile and try again Oh and I think the black one is a boy because he has all the characteristics of a black sexlink male... and sometimes he jumps around and kind of acts like other young male roosters I've seen. I hope I'm wrong though;thx again folks!

That looks like a welsummer pullet. What kind of comb does the black and white one have? it looks sort of flat and bumpy, in which case it is dominique. If its just a regular single comb than I'd guess barred rock. the barring is too regular looking for a black sex-link male.

The markings do not look like a welsummer. So many breeds have chicks that are chipmunk in coloring. (Speckled Sussex, Brown Leghorn, just to name a couple) It will be easier to tell when the bird feathers in fully.
