No! I'm just about an hour fom ATL actually.. We'll supposedly have one more dip into 50's end of this week, and as far as I can see after that highs in the upper 70's, which always means even warmer than that when all is said/done. Of course, the way our forecasters have been missing the mark lately, who knows? It changes several times a day lol.

Do you live on lake lanier? I am so jealous. although there are alot of nice bodies of water around there. Enjoy the weather it's beginning to feel a lil like spring here to.

Oh no way, dude! Haha we just have a lil front yard pond, perfect size for us. Very cozy. But yes, there are lots of nice lakes around. I've lived here all my life. I <3 GA too.

You'll have to post pics sometime, living in the mountains or rather on the side of a mountain doesn't give much flat for a pond but boy would I love to have one for my flock. although they all love their kiddy pool.

Well yes, there is a time consideration but you may well do more harm than good by midwifing baby chicks.

Combs bleed alot, clean him up with soap and water and put somekind of antibiotic ointment on him, just make sure it doesn't contain pain relief.

Thank you so much the amount of bleeding freaked my out and ruin my favourite jumper plus on top of that when i tried to catch him up the hen tried to attack me shes usually lovely, they are all nuts this time of year alrite but i think the offender is going for good soon not to eat just to another home as his mate died from a prolapse a year ago he has been getting attracted to hens since and its getting dangerous as he tried to mount one and gave her a pretty bad cut a wile back shes good now though.
