ISA brown gender?

Hi! When I purchased her they said she was a guaranteed female. I am now starting to think Ruby might be male? Ruby is 9 weeks old and an ISA Brown. What are your thoughts?

Cockerel. Male Red Sex Links will be mostly white with some red leakage. Females will be mostly brown/red. Color aside, comb and wattles are big and bright red, another indicator of a male.

She/he did not want her wings spread out. This was the best I could do.

I know that's why I thought she was female. This is my 1st time raising chickens. I figured the person I bought them from would know more than me. Here is her baby picture. Looking back she was more white and yellow than brown or red.
