Why do you have a house chicken?

My daughter catches them and waits in the mudroom until I've guessed which chicken she has. it's a daily thing.

Some perspective. Same mountains, different angle. The Lights? Bell UH1 flown by Search and Rescue basketing down a hiker who got injured on the trip back down from the top. The section on the right is called "flat iron" and is about a 4 hour hike each way from where I'm standing.
