One of my tiny EE pullets escaped the run earlier and hauled ass after a zebra finch. When the finch flew away, she flapped her wings and kept running after it, like she could fly with it. It would have been adorable if I had not needed to chase her while my stomach is burning.

I just had to Google it. Our bird book says it is a zebra finch because it has stripes. But Google says it is not. Ok, so it was just an odd little striped finch.
