Looks like I've got some goose eggs to set.

Hay, frans! I don't mean to be a pain, but we're back in the chick-rearing game and I have a question about a weak chick. I'm hoping someone more experienced can take a look and offer some actionable advice?

@Isadora I always love seeing what you are up to! Thanks for those pics, your flock looks precious, and your kitty is an absolute stunner!

Hey, Chippy. Good to see you. Thanks for the compliments! 🥰
I'm not sure I can be any help but I'll take a look at your thread.

Never heard of it

Same here. I’ve heard of a form of duct tape that us rednecks call 300 mph tape coz they use it to patch up race cars.

An aviation mechanic once showed me this stuff...

Airplane Passenger Spots Worker Fixing Jet Engine With TAPE

From Wiki
Depending on the adhesive layer used, it can be resistant to water and solvents, flames for brief periods, and will reflect heat and UV light. It is also able to expand and contract through a wide range of temperatures.

Speed tape may be formed of soft aluminum with an adhesive layer, or a multi-layer laminate including aluminum and cloth in addition to an adhesive layer.

Speed tape is sometimes used to protect sealant while curing, or to patch non-critical components of an aircraft. It can also be used for patching bullet damage to combat aircraft.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate another set of eyes. Right now, I guess we are in the expectant management phase... as in, not really doing anything but watching to see how she does, and letting her rest. I'm happy to see her piling in with all the other chicks, but then she and her breed mates will flock together if they get startled or whatever. I feel like I see her sisters checking in with her, too, giving her little love pecks, like, hey, you good over here? lol okay
