I'm letting her sit on four. She's able to keep that many warm. We'll see what happens.

it's Monday and my brain is not working yet so I think I missed this.

Is she sitting on HER eggs or 4 goose eggs? Maybe Piper's just happy to have a babysitter during the day so she can run errands?

4 goose eggs.
Piper isn't even broody, but geese (usually) have decent maternal instincts regardless. She's laying eggs in the nest daily still. I just had to push zinnia off the nest a few minutes ago to get the fresh goose egg and she tried to eat my pants. I took a video so I'll make a gif of it later.
