Technically it is correct.morning...... 11:30.......
I call it mid-morning. But for Sundays I will work until a little past 8. Otherwise, it is until a bit past 9. So they are still full shifts. 
It just struck me as funny that you said morning since it's probably close to lunch for many and closer to the end of my day.Technically it is correct.

It is my breakfast time. I wake up at 6am every morning, but breakfast does not happen until lunch time. I am planning on bringing a banana sandwich tomorrow; that will cover breakfast (banana) and lunch (bread).

Me neither I've always just ate dinner. As long as I can remember.
I usually have at least a piece of fruit before work. If not fruit, then a bowl of oatmeal, just to keep the hangriness to a minimum. I cannot afford to buy food right now, so I have to make whatever will go with me. I am still leaning toward the sandwich.
