You've mentioned this before, haven't you? I think it's a great idea but the insurance could be a huge problem. Look into all that and get a good lawyer. People can be a$$ holesJust trying to gauge interest, what yall think:
Doing an airbnb type thing with a twist. Instead of just like a room to stay, a person or persons 1 to say 3 rent an experience. The quests stay at my home with 2bedrooms and full bath available. Get up in the morning and depending on what they want to see either I personally give them a tour of New Orleans (remember I drove the entire metro area every weekday for 13 years) bring them to whatever kind of food restaurat they want, tour the city itself and the outskirts unbeaten trails to see the whole city. Something that's very hard staying in a hotel in the French Quarter not knowing your way around. Another option would be checking out the marsh and swampy bayous if that's more your style possibly by boat or just in a vehicle. I think it woukd be cool like a tour of the whole area, the French Quarter, the garden district with all the 100 year old mansions to the local shopping area outside walking distance of a hotel or even a 4 hour steamboat ride down the Mississippi to where the battle of new Orleans took place. I am fine tuning the idea but what yall think? Do yall think people would enjoy a locals experience? Thanks
Or if it's just one person that wants to chill and fish we can go in the slow bayous skinny water bass fishing or fly fishing. You can also do inland saltwater but I'd suggest you go with a guide for that. You can stay here and go on a guided fish too. The skies the limit
