our shelters are overflowing. there are plenty of adoptable dogs out west.

Maybe it’s just certain states then. I think I heard Washington was one. It’s sad though how full shelters are

Poor little puppy! I would concentrate first on getting the bugs off of it and getting it healthy. Maybe Diego will fall in love with it. Maybe it can be helpful with rounding up animals, or something.
