My grandma is looking for a recipe from a tv show that aired on Food Network just a few days ago, she can't remember what show and there are a million recipes for lasagna on the website. She said it only called for half a lb. of ground beef and it had cheddar cheese in it, without ricotta (almost sounds like a mexican lasagna but I think she would have remembered that) . There was also a mandarin orange dessert recipe that was in the same episode (I think) she wants that too.
I'm tired of searching the internet, I know the details are sketchy but maybe someone knows what I'm talking about and wrote it down?
