It’s been 47 hours since noticed internal pip. Is it time to assist??? HELP!

In your pictures, I see no yolk.
I’ll try to take a better photo.
I didn’t want to move anything or allow the baby a chance to escape.

Here are a few more. 💕

How is the baby doing
Is there an update on the veins
Good morning my dear friends, 💕

Before I start, I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for all of the kindness and help I have received.

So, I lubricated all his membranes last night and had everything set out in case of an emergency assist.
When I woke up at 3:00 AM and he was hatching on his own!!
I got very scared because I was told he was still absorbing. So I put him in a plastic cup with dry paper towels to slow him down.
Then at 9:00 AM he wanted OUT, so I took him out and assessed.
He was so dry I had to put warm water on his eyes because they were stuck closed!
I looked in the egg with a flashlight and saw no visible veins and no bleeding so I took him out of the egg and laid him in the incubator and watched.
He got to the point where I could check his yolk sac, which was still not completely absorbed.
I posted about what to do and took some photos.
While I was taking the second set of photos he completely hatched 🐣

There is still a bit of yolk sac that is not absorbed, but it’s not as huge as I thought.
I’m not exactly sure if he needs to sit in a cup still in his brooder box or if he’s ok.
He’s very active and aware, right now he is napping wrapped up like a baby. So I’m not sure what I should do at this point. 🤷‍♀️

Thank you and blessings to all. ❤️🙏

Perfect! That looks to me like the yolk is all absorbed and the tummy is very almost fully closed. He's ready, he's right on time.
You're okay to leave him in the incubator until he's a bit fluffed up and ready for the brooder.

Seems he's still very sleepy, so it's important he's kept warm in the incubator.
I don't see any issues with his naval, it looks good

To me that’s not a yolk at all
It’s a very swollen full belly
I can see his belly button and it looks good
You did great
He hatched and is looking good
But he does need to rest now
He doesn’t need a cup or bowl

I think incubator is best- you don't want him getting too warm under the heat lamp
Let him do his thing, and keep us updated :hugs
Well, he hatched completely, he wanted no part of the egg anymore!
The yolk sac is very small and he is active.
He’s still sleeping all wrapped up under a heated throw blanket on low on my mother’s chest.
She had to race over this morning to see the girls reaction to the new chic!! ❤️
X2

Put him in the bator.
How long does her need to go back in the incubator for?
He’s not to thrilled to have been put back in there.. 🤔

You are going to kill him by 'wrapping him up like a baby' in a heating pad.

Put him in the incubator and go to church.

He doesn’t have a yolk sac
That is his full belly from absorbing
He needs to be in the bator till he can be up standing and walking around. This can take anywhere from 2 -24 hours
Each baby moves at their own pace
He won’t need food or water so don’t force that on him
I know you love him and your worried but you need to relax now
He is perfectly fine
Him crying in the bator is fine

There isn't any yolk left, that's just a full tummy
His naval looks great

He needs to stay in the incubator until he finds his feet and is fluffed up a bit. Give him a few hours, however long he needs-
Then he will be ready to go in the brooder.

I don't want to sound harsh Amy, we all know you care about this baby so much, but you're babying him to a point where he may not thrive like he should
He needs time to find his feet and do his thing- and you need to time to take a break and de-stress after all of this! :hugs
