It is very interesting that she's the only one to squat for you even though she wants to be around Itzy more now as well.

she is just my one that likes to keep me guessing. LOL

Zoingo and Speedy laid their eggs first thing this morning!

Dottie (Barred Rock) actually climbed into a nest box today! She spent 45 minutes in there and crafted a lovely nest bowl with the fake egg in the middle. She didn't lay, but this is the first time she's done this! Maybe tomorrow will be her first egg.

Blackie laid later in the morning, but her egg made me laugh. She is my dark brown egg layer... and it looks like she forgot to hold down the spray paint button today

It looks more round in that pic cause I took it kinda from the bottom to show the tiny spray paint splotch hahaha. It's more normal-shaped. Here are her eggs that I have. One that I was still holding onto from before the incident, then her egg from yesterday and today's funny egg..

Wow they got lighter. But still all look a bit round. Mine are really "egg shape" no roundness to them.

She went in to scratch around with others but didn't check out the boxes at all.

She only laid 4 eggs before the incident. They were all pretty dark... but now I'm wondering if they will be dark again or if she ran out of toner

Hopefully they get darker again. Maybe she has to reset the toner.
