Editing to add.... She was in there for an HOUR. Came out so I went out there to check since I couldn't really tell in the camera and I found.........................


NOTHING....... LOL

but once she got out into the run Itzy came over to her doing his dance and chasing her, but she ran away from him. But I am thinking she is close to laying, or hope!!!!

We need pictures!!!!! My ducklings (not really ducklings anymore!) Went to their new home last week! Did you decide you want to keep your ducklings forever?

Today at 47 weeks Ditzy laid her first little egg!!!!!!!!

Funny going by comb and wattle size and color I would have bet Fajita would be first, but nope she is holding out. She is the last one we are waiting on. Lol

guess who was in the box today??!?! FAJITA! No egg but she sat there for a bit after going in and checking things out a few times. Guessing tomorrow and if not then Sunday she will lay her first.

Marshmallow laid 4 in a row! Rosie did 3 days then a day off. And Annabelle now hasn't laid 4 days in a row! She is going in the box every other day but no egg there and haven't found one or seen it pop out on the camera after. No clue what is going on but she is acting normal.

I got mine at the store. I couldnt pay tje price for shipment. I really want a salmon faverolle though.

I am getting mine from the local feed store, but they do pre orders which is nice. There are a couple breeds I want that this store isn't getting but they are first come first serve. I couldn't see paying shipping either.
