it`s day 18 and can`t see anything!

i have a batch of very dark eggs (Marans) and have just candled them before lock. i can`t really see through the eggs... well apart from the lighter one which clearly has an air sack.
Should i be clearly seeing air sacks on the darker eggs too?

LoL. I have had the same problem and can not candle the dark Maran eggs and see anything. Same with dark olive eggs. They r very hard to candle even with the brightest lights. I always just have to wait and see if they hatch.
