Its a... Girl? (Brahma)

I've hesitated posting because I (99%) think I have a girl... Her brother was clearly male before 10 weeks old with brown shoulders and a lovely comb. Now that this one is 10 months old and not laid an egg I'm not so sure. Do I have a girl (and an impatient egg checking habit)?

It is a pullet. She will probably lay once the daylight hours grow longer. If she isn't laying by spring, post again. Judging by her comb color, I'd guess she will be laying soon.

Pullet. It is winter right now, and that is when chickens slow down on their egg production or don't produce eggs at all. You will have to wait.
