Aisling looked to him and shut the door then stalled. "I...I have my day off tomorrow" She said and had to look away again

~~~
Lyra looked to him again and took a deep breath. She was glad she had such good friends and moved closer to him "I wouldn't mind that at all."
"Could I come calling tomorrow? Would you like to have an outing, if it's agreeable to you." Aiveron asked hopefully.
~~~
Reptar stretched out his large wing to drape it over Lyra carefully and used it to tuck her under it's protection. Reptar letting his actions speak for him. For he'd always protect her.

"I would like that" Aisling said and smiled at him, happy to have him ask her out. This was just like some of her stories, so exciting.

~~~
Lyra leaned against him, hiding a little under his larger wings. "I do not know what I would do if I ever lost you" She said quietly after a minute. Yeah, he could be rude and crude at times, but then there were times like this where he was the sweetest person.
(Wow! Did I mess that last post up. Thanks for not calling me on it. I fixed it with what I ment to say. :D )
"Then I shall go make the arrangements then. I look forward to our tomorrow, my Lady!" Aiveron said excitedly. With the promise of tomorrow, his departing from Aisling had lost all its sting.
~~~
"You would probably celebrate dancing around singing, ' Ding, dong, the buzzard is dead! He left this world with his ugly head!' To which my brother would sing chorus" Reptar said with utmost ridiculousness. He then chuckled as he absently groomed the delicate feathers of Lyra's crown. For it was the one place a bird could not preen themselves.

(I'll be gone for a while, so let's pause the role play until I come back. Even if you have something to reply to, wait until I'm back.)

Aisling chuckled softly as she watched him leave. She finally turned away with a small sigh when he was out of sight and headed for the library once more. She couldn't wait until tomorrow when he could surprise her with whatever he planned.

Lyra laughed at his rendition and wanted to shake her head at that silliness, but she stayed still for his preening, glad of it. "We would never say such things Reptar. Some may think them, but we wouldn't say them, too crass." She teased back. He was certainly the one to go to to get you to laugh, though she didn't like that he put himself down to do that. "I wouldn't even think such a thing about you"
