It's day 14 and I can... **UPDATE-HATCH IS FINISHED! PIC HEAVY**

Quote:
I won't be at day 18 until next Tuesday, but mine has been running consistently at 53-55%. I was just wondering what I should be shooting for next week.

I just candled mine at day 14 today, and I'm a little disappointed. I can only see one moving chick in my Marans eggs, out of 13. I think I have a few more good Ameraucana eggs, but they are just so hard to see.

Congrats on the pips! I can't wait to hear how it goes.

Come on peepers!!..

Hey Gumpsgirl! COngrats on your pips. All the ones that were going to hatch have hatched for me. Sadly only 1 of my ameraucanas hatched and 2 died in the shell and the rest were not fertile. 13 of my RIRs have hatched or are in the process. 3 were dead in the shell drowned poor things. the others were not fertile. So I will take pictures once everyone is dried and in the brooder. Keep us updated gumpsgirl!

OKAY! Here's the update as of 2:00. I have 8 Delawares that have pipped and 5 Blue Orpingtons! I can hear them peeping away! If I get close to the bator and make peeping noises, they answer me back!!! I keep telling them, "Come on little chickies, come on!" I just pray they will make their appearance BEFORE I have to leave this evening.

Here's some pip pictures! Sorry about the sloppy drawing. I don't do so well with that on the computer.
