Its not a chicken but im not sure what he is

A few weeks ago i posted about this "chicken" we found. I posted the pics for 3 weeks ago and a new one of his face. What do you think he is? He does this fluff thing when i try to catch him to clean his water where he sticks his wings out i assume to look bigger?

Guinea fowl or perhaps a turkey poult. I tend to lean white Guinea fowl.
