Could be a Dutch Bantam... it IS bantam isn't it? Wait... nix the Dutch.... it doesn;t have white earlobes... so I'm sticking with OEGB

Thanks everyone for offering suggestions! He IS a bantam and full grown, 4 months old. Is OEGB an Old English Game bird? He is really small, smaller than my 21/2 month old Ameracaunas. He has been at them for a few days now, and earlier today, they were all on the roost together. I watched him and it seemed that he was being a little gentler.
