Ivermectin dosage for chickens?

The retailers I went to told me if you have some hold on to it as it's gold.

I understand they can't get anymore in but can sell it if they have any left. But the new regulations for use come in to effect March 2019. I suppose there's none left in my area as everyone went out and bought it. While it's still legal to bring across the border, maybe it's time to go pick some up?

Permethrin spray. I don't think I've ever seen a powder here , but it's toxic to cats so there's that issue.

My vet will give me ivermectin for lice /mites $32 CAD per bottle no different than the price of a can of carbaryl. It goes in water or on their skin.

But.... On a different note there's a wonderful permethrin spray for cracks /crevices called Doktor Doom Residual spray. Spray on cracks and perches and it lasts for 2 months. Not cheap at $22 CAD per can. I would think calling in a pesticide guy might cost the same depending on the size (or whether it's wood planks or sheet plywood) of your barn.

Something will come up, it always does right?

Only in a spray. I have yet to see it in a powder here in Canada. But I will continue to search. Otherwise, I'll go across the border, it's only a 30 minutes away from me. It's just a hassle going through customs
