Ivermectin pour on

I Ordered it on Amazon for my 13 chickens. I have no idea how much to dose and how often. Can someone please help me?

The dosage I use for ivermectin pour-on 5 mg per ml is 0.1 ml per every 2 pounds of weight, or 0.05 ml per pound, applied to the back of the neck over the spine. Repeat in 14 days.

I’m going to do this for my chickens that have some sort of mite that Elector PSP didn’t seem to help. Do I use the cattle pour on ivermectin?
