Ivermectin pour on

Zyfend A is not a wormer, nor is VermX, nor DE. I highly recommend Safeguard or Valbazen.

I am aware of zyfend A not being a de-wormer. After researching the ivermectin I've decided not to risk using it off label because of the possible mortality it can cause in chickens and since I've invested a few grand into my flock I was not willing to possibly kill them all. I will purchase a known safe wormer soon. Thanks for the inputalonious

Anyone actually having fecals run at the veterinarian's, or sending fecals to a lab? Worming with anything without having an actual parasite ID isn't helpful.
Fenbendazole is the only approved wormer for chickens in the USA, and there's no egg withdrawal.
Avoiding other products makes good sense, at least unless there's an overwhelming need.
