Alright. I don't know if I feel comfortable enough with skin being pulled off with the feathers. I think I'm going to contact a rehabilitation center through a vet. She's shaking and seems to be in a lot of pain

If skin is tearing off, don't pluck those. You could also try cutting the feathers with scissors. But if you aren't comfortable trying this, do contact a rehab center, or ask an avian vet if they accept surrenders, then surrender her to them for them to treat.

This doesn't sound that good. Everything must be cleaned up, and she has to be able to heal from the original injury, or stop.

Just dropped her off at a local vet who are connected to a rehab/rescue. They said they're going to do everything they can, even surgery then hand her off to that rescue so she has the best chance at survival now
