I just got home from a HOT morning at the farmer's market. I bake all day Friday, and sell my products on Saturday mornings. I have had a sick 2-year-old most of the week, and she has not been sleeping well, so.........neither have I

On top of that, I have a sore throat and a nasty cough. I came home with a headache and was planning to put three little ones to bed and go take a nap, but then the mailman came! He had a big box-and the letter inside said "Congratulations-you hit the jackpot!" It had 3 jars inside-one peach salsa, one strawberry-rhubarb, and one white chocolate-raspberry! Of course, I had a loaf of fresh (baked this morning!) wheat bread, and we had to taste them all! I LOVE the strawberry-rhubarb the best, but they are all wonderful! Thank you so much, JennsPeeps! People like you are the reason I am addicted to BYC. I am sitting here crying, because of everyone's generosity. Thank you-

how about some of those recipes for us newcomers who didn't get in in time? red onion jam, white chocolate raspberry and peach salsa just to name a few would be nice
