I thought those were called brooder rooms

LOL, our Grandsons call it "their room"
It was the brooder room at one time then Poppy moved a tv in there for them when they get to spend the night with us...No way I am leaving the Incubator in there with those two (3&4)

I don't blame you lol. I leave both incubators in my bedroom.

I thought about that, but set it up in front room instead, we shall see how it goes, typically were all so busy during the week we don't see much of the kids or GK but Saturday or Sunday they are usually here for dinner, they both understand that there are babies in those eggs and they could hurt them but like I said, last time the incubator was in a room I could shut the door on.. I think they will do fine, its not like they are hellions or anything lol

My last hatch I kept it at between 100-101.5, Hatched out 20 of 23 that made it to lockdown. I have the still air and by what I have seen on here that's a normal temp.. and yes, the humidity dropped to 35% so I added a sponge, its back up to 43% If it goes down again I will add a bit of water, not much at a time and see where it stabilizes at

Who's got a leak? Oh no. That is so not good. Have been there and done that. I hope you get things fixed. Or if they are fixed..great!

Spare room. I do have a room that could be called a spare room. But it isn't spare to anyone, except for the incubators, eggs, and chicks. It could be such a cute room. It once was a guest bedroom. :/

I'm old..who said ..today is the day? I hope all goes well..now, we will start getting pictures. I love broody mama photos.

I have two unoccupied bedrooms right now .with the exception of all my Seramas ( 9), a brooder with nine babes
and a Serama hen with three chicks................... OH, and almost forgot, our house Serama Roo and a Serama hen with a chick in the breakfast nook...........

I rarely get way uptight before a hatch but am a little nuts this time...............
First, thank you to those that responded to my concern yesterday.............

I am a few days from lock down and tiny air cells.so I decided to let the bator run out of water...now thinking this was a bad idea..............
Still air, temp ran 100 to 101...I did have some little dips at night....not bad.
Have three hygrometers set and all three read different this morning.... ( I had calibrated and have been showing the same readings until yesterday)
10, 20 and 30..........air cell looking like day 7
Good Grief.................I candled last night and have 14 that look really good with the exception of the air cells.

No, I don't see movement but I never have.....bad eyes I think..............
Going to add a touch of water and hope for the best I guess.................

No one is happy today. I had a pipe crack in the cold weather. I found it yesterday just before leaving to go to work. I am happy I had just filled everyones water. I got home after dark,so now I am about to go out and fix it. No gets fresh water until I am done. I am already hearing complaints.

I just wanted to say, you are one bad @$$ lady and I really admire you! I watched you build your own coop and now fix a burst pipe...you are AWESOME!!!
