Janoel 12 Temperature problems

Hi everyone!

I'm having issues with my new Janoel 12 incubator. I had the temperature holding steady at 37.9 so I put eggs in this morning and when I checked the temperature with another thermometer, it seems to have dropped down to 36.5 and I'm nervous to fiddle with it now.

Temperature set to 37.9
LS is 37.9
US is 38.1
CA is -1

Help is appreciated.

Don't trust the built in thermometer.

Go buy a thermometer you can calibrate.

Definitely need to test your therms against a known accurate.

With my Janoel I had to put it in a folded towel and wrap a blanket around it and it kept temperature good. I also used this

That I checked with ice slushy and salt test to monitor temperature and humidity.
