When they pip internally, I think? One egg is wiggling. The other isn’t. I’ve read that it could still hatch, even if it never wiggled. It was definitely warmer at the narrow end for a while. Frankly, I’ll be amazed if either hatch—We are clueless! Here is egg A wiggling...

What does everyone use to candle their eggs?

I would like to know the lumens or what not... I just got new flashlights that are supposed to be really good.

I use a corded (not battery) Magicfly candler and it is 240 lumens.

I just got 2000 lumen tactical flashlights. They can use rechargable 18650 batteries or AAA batteries. I got 36 AAA batteries too so I should be set either way since we have 18650 batteries from a device my husband uses.

And I got a candler with my incubator, but I busted it I dropped it instead of an egg.

I'm jumping in on the January hatch a long!! Oops..yesterday I found a on guy on FB selling Light Sussex hatching eggs just 40 minutes from where I live...Well I said I would wait,...but picked up 20 eggs today! So they will be going in on Friday.

Ok guys.. we had a power outage for about an hour here.. now that it’s back on my humidity has shot up to 94%!!?! What the heck! I have zero water in the incubator as our humidity tends to run around 45-55% on its own. HELP!
