Just ordered 15 eggs from a hatchery one state over!!!! Rare pure breed chicks to be included Ayam cermani, and Spitzenhauben.

Just put 11 Marans eggs into the incubator today. I'm excited to join the Hatch A Long and see what others have going in.

here is yesterday on one of the eggsView attachment 1216222 My roosters really were not up to game, this one is fertile the others especially the ones you cannot see into are questionable. Boo!The temps have been great, I know it is just the roosters haven't caught the hens yet.

Roosters need to be photostimulated just like hens so near the winter solstice, fertilization isn't the best.

Shucks, can't get links to come up on my phone for some reason. Will have to get into my computer! Thanks! I had shoulder surgery in Nov. I got left behind. lol.. Have fun you all!

I'm not setting with this group. I have 17 three week old chicks inside
and buildings are pretty full. I need to rebuild a building that has proven to not be mink proof but we're in the midst of our longest deep freeze in 4 years.
My next setting will be January 27 or 28 for the February HAL and hatching by the moon.
Hopefully I can get my homemade cabinet refurbished in time and put the LG on standby.

Well, if you don't mind , I think I'll join this party. My eggs just came today. I'm just hatching barn yard mix. 13 eggs will go in late tonight. Pretty eggs! Now, hoping they didn't get too cold. The packing was incredible! Will candle as I put them in tonight to see if there are any free floating air cells.

I love barnyard mixes. Lots of fun to see how they hatch and develop.

I've got cream legbar eggs in my bator and have more of the same coming. I'd love to set some white silkies but can't find any ...

Wow, we are having the exact opposite weather. It's in the 40's here in Utah! It's Dec....what?? Have to wonder if we are in for it the next couple of months to make up for this extra warm month.

I kind of looked around too. Saw some on ebay. Expensive, and most were too far out, on the east coast. I love me a silkie.
