No, her birds are not, but they have had their birds much longer and done much more research than most of the folks posting in here or on the Java FB page in the US. They aren't out their honking their horns but they really are incredibly knowledgeable.Polaris birds are directly from McGraw?
That is so strange. Its part of a post that I was editing and thought it got reposted correctly. There is a much longer 'post' somewhere here.... ??? I will go back and look.ashandvine

Or not.

alright, went back. I don't see it. I like how Bob is now using H instead of heritage. So many birds carry this label but its a gimmick. Most of the folks in that thread don't know any more about Javas than you do, but there is a lot of information about tips and tricks from those keeping for a long time, and then there are some really nice birds being kept in a very serious SOP way. You might be really into that. Or you might not. I didn't find the crowing competition in there to be fun and I didn't find that the thread was very good about really talking about 'heritage birds' other than just a few. That is part of where CSU thread got started. Very good thread over all. They all have their limits though. Like I said, reach out. Don't put all your eggs in one basket.
