Really? That just SHOCKS me! Why would a splash, that is solid white with splashing, hatch out lt. yellow to white, but a solid white hatches out blue? That's just CRAZY! VERY interesting - thanks for posting!

Hi, Danielle! I wish the loafers would get into egg-laying gear! They are frustrating the heck out of me this year! Usually, they have started by now!

Hi, Melanie! You're actually 3rd or 4th on my list, so close to the top! I doubt it'll be as soon as next week, though! HA! I WISH!!!!

Uh oh Melanie....I think I'm number nine on the list....LOL Zazouse...he is a beauty! I cant believe he's that big at 10 months! I heard how nice they are, I'm hoping I will get lucky and get a gentle roo, I currently have the devil incarnate in my Leghorn roo. I only took him bc my daughters class incubated them and needed good homes. He attacks us everytime we step outside, but not just if you bother him, he will actually run across the entire yard just to attack us. My husband and I just cant bring ourselves to put him down but we need to do something because it's out of control.

Jewel, try this. Wear protective clothing and "stalk" him every day for about 10-15 minutes. Keep walking toward him and keep him moving. You will be establishing that you are alpha roo, you can make him move off his spot and all over whenever you want. Do not ever back off, turn and walk away, or smack him during his behavior modification. If you do, he's won and you've lost. And smacking him is taken as a challenge .

I've done this with 5 roos so far. One became my best buddy. 2 belonged to friends. The only one it didn't work with was with a fresh Mille Fleur D'Uccle bantam roo. He never got the message. The others were all big roos.

Seminolewind, The only problem is, is that when you stalk him he never backs down. He continues to jump on me over and over and has bruised me before. Then the next day he will catch you totally off guard and come after you the minute you turn your back. And I cant help but be scared! He attacks everyone that comes into my yard. He began coming after me and my daughter in the mornings while bringing her to school, I have a sled that I would carry as my shield! Actually between stalking, sticks, brooms, my dog and many other tatics that I have tried the only thing that ever made him walk away was the water hose. Maybe I can give it one last good try of stalking him. Do you reccomend trying to pick him up and carry him around, I've heard people saying that works. I kind of just feel like if you establish domiance one day he will just test it the next. Out of the 5 Roo's after a while did they get the message and just stop...or did they continue and you stood your ground. It's just that I have a four year old daughter that is scared to walk in her own yard and if he ever got her eye or something I'd never forgive myself! Thanks
