Why not Allah, Ganesh, Shiva, Zeus, Thor or Vishnu? If I prayed to a muskrat and then found ten dollars in my pocket, what would that mean?

Because, Oblio, those people that know God personally know He answers our prayers. It doesn't mean we get the answer we want... but He so often does bless us with 'things' we have asked for. And, believing the Bible means that we know there are NO other gods so it's God and Satan... you have to make a personal choice who you will follow.

Personally, we've had a really hard last year. My hubby was out of work for 10 months. Then, he got an outside sales job, a month later our car was totaled in a car accident! That left us with an unsafe, huge pickup truck to drive that we couldn't even afford to put diesel fuel into. My husband lost his outside sales job because of no vehicle to drive. He was able to make a downward move in the same company to an inside job but we know that our truck will quit working any day. And the new position doesn't cover our bills, let alone food and anything else that comes up. But we are so grateful for a job.

Guess what? Two days ago friends of ours from our church drove out to our house and gave us a 1995 minivan! They had been praying and God told them that we needed it and to give it to us. At the time He told them to give it to us they didn't know we desperately needed a smaller, reliable car. They listened to Him and we have now been given one of the biggest blessings ever in our lives.

We still don't have the money to cover our bills but we have hope and trust in knowing that God has His hand in our lives and loves us and is taking care of us.​

Chirpy....He is on time, all the time, EVERY time. that money will be there or another solution will be provided. i will be in agreement with you that there will be an answer and abundant at that.

we are not promised that all will be as we wish, but we are promised that we are HELD! oh, that is awesome!

I started to read this from the first page but knew if I did I would be crying so bad I couldn’t type.

God has gave me so many blessings. When I was rear ended by a lady I was blessed that the person in the car with me was not hurt. And 2 days later when the deer ran into the same car that’s it’s legs did not go thought my windshield like I thought it was going to.

I am blessed with a beautiful family, on the inside. That at this minute in time they are all healthy.

I am blessed by being alive.

the one thing I know is God and all God, is the fact that through all the stuff we have been dealing with this year, my fiance and I have not fought once. We know that this an attack on us because 2 came together in His name.....

I know all good is from God, but he allows things that are not good to come into our lives.

There is one God.......the true God. He loves us more than we can understand too.

My husband isn't saved, so any prayers for his salvation and our marriage would be good.
