Jubilee or what?

I bought 7 chicks from a local breeder. They were supposed to be jubilee orpingtons. But, 3 of them are not. The breeder will not tell me what they are. At 9 weeks old, can anyone help me figure out what breed these are? The pics below are of a pullet and a cockerel i believe.

Look like they may be Blue Partridge Orpington. Very beautiful either way. I have raised Chocolates, but recently added a Jubilee and a Lavender so excited to see if I get some pretty colorings like this. Orpingtons are very sweet intelligent and beautiful birds!
