Two chicks can't fit in the egg, unless they become premature or stunted in growth. But yeah, I don't think it will survive.

Well that was a rollercoaster of emotion. HahaSomeone else's. I'm going back to see how it turned outThread '2 embryo in 1 egg? Please look at picture' https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/2-embryo-in-1-egg-please-look-at-picture.1145328/
OMG I know! Smacking myself saying stop tearing up, it was 5 yrs ago! Now I want to know how her chemo worked out and if Ravyn still does house calls or is still even in here.Well that was a rollercoaster of emotion. Haha
It's not necessarily twin embryos. Likely just the butt end of the chicken. They are curled around in the egg. Mine looked like that a few days back too. As long as it is moving in sync with the first blob it's probably a normal embryo.Looks like twin embryo.
Guinea mom here. I've 5 eggs in lockdown now. They went in at 24 days bc one had internally pipped. That was Tuesday night.I started with 16 eggs from young birds, and by lockdown it was down to 4 that looked promising and 1 maybe. One just left the egg, and another one is working on it.I've got a pip in one egg and down to 3 eggs left being viable. Today is hatch day. I've forgotten how terrible hatch rates are with shipped eggs since it has been over a year since I ordered any.
