I candled the Aztecs at two weeks Or at least close to it. Only one was a clear, and another was an early quitter.

i also put in 5 refrigerator eggs from my black East Indies. We will see what’s going on in there on Friday.

So I went ahead and set my eggs last night! I have an upright turner so I’m sure they will be good. Air cells looked great. I was really surprised at how well theylooked after hearing all the horror stories about shipped eggs! I also put in 10 mottled Java, 13 polish/silkies and 4 blue Easter egger eggs for a total of 42 eggs! I also have another 50 eggs to go in when my other bator goes to lockdown this weekend. I think I’m gonna have to make an add on Craigslist or something to sell some of these babies! I already have close to 100 in the brooders right now!

My quail eggs I doubt are coming today either I hope I can at least get 15 of each color to hatch. Then I can sell 10 of each kind and keep 5.

Don’t you love late deliveries? I have had 2 late deliveries this week that magically appeared in 24 hours after I complained. One was a month late.

Candled the silkie eggs yesterday (day 7) and all 6 are developing. I had thought on day 4 that the one with a small crack was a blood ring, good thing I never throw out eggs until day 7 or later.

Had filed a missing mail complaint on the eggs that went to Arizona. They arrived at my post office this morning and should be delivered today. We will see how bad they are after all those extra miles and extra days. They were mailed on the 18th which will make them 7 days old just how long it took in the mail. Won't be surprised if I am filing a claim on them with USPS though.

The best shipper I’ve ever had...

Heres my myshire unboxing... None are cracked, but I personally broke 2 Ordered 50 eggs got 60 eggs. For some reason my phone didn’t take the pic with the foam quail egg shippers. They protect the eggs real well!

Yay, another broody! This one gave up on her early June hatch so I'm surprised to see her drop again. I'm not purchasing eggs this time though and just try my luck with my Silkie boy and hope he's doing the business.

Not sure on numbers though, I'll see what I've got when my partner has gone to bed as I'm on a chick ban

Don’t you love late deliveries? I have had 2 late deliveries this week that magically appeared in 24 hours after I complained. One was a month late.

I am sure if it went till tomorrow, they would be no good. They left on friday and were supposed to be here on Monday. Sometimes USPS delivers on Sundays but something happened in Ohio because it started to became late once it hit their area.
